i work with children/young people with challenging behaviour I'm moving to Spain will i find similar work?

for the last 17years i have worked with children/young people with compexed needs,I would like to contiue this work when i move to alicant spain, however i cannot speak spanish, i enjoy my working with young people. will I find work?
